Overview

Phone Number Remediation

When carriers start tagging your outbound as Spam Likely, contact rate collapses overnight and no amount of extra dialing fixes it. We restore reputation with the carriers, align your attestation stack, and put ongoing monitoring in place so this doesn't happen twice.

Carrier reputation recovery

Direct remediation with the major US carriers and analytics providers to lift Spam Likely tags and restore contact rate.

STIR/SHAKEN alignment

A-level attestation across your originating carrier, CNAM, and outbound stack so calls carry legitimate identity.

Ongoing monitoring & rotation

Reputation scoring across your number pool with an automated rotation policy before problems become outages.

Root-cause fixes

We diagnose why your numbers got tagged (dialing pattern, consent posture, script) and fix the source, not just the symptom.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How long does remediation typically take?+

Initial carrier and analytics provider filings resolve in 5 to 15 business days. Full contact rate recovery, including underlying pattern fixes, typically takes 30 to 45 days.

Can you help if we're already on multiple Spam Likely lists?+

Yes. This is the most common starting point. We file across each carrier and major analytics provider (Hiya, First Orion, TNS) in parallel.

What is STIR/SHAKEN and why does it matter?+

STIR/SHAKEN is the FCC-mandated framework that attests a call is really coming from the number it claims. A-level attestation is the difference between a call ringing through and getting silently blocked or tagged.

Will this fix declining contact rate permanently?+

It fixes the current outage. Ongoing contact rate depends on dial pattern, consent posture, and script — which is why our monitoring engagement is priced ongoing, not one-shot.

Do we need to change our dialer or carrier?+

Usually not. Most reputation problems are fixable inside your existing stack. If your carrier can't support A-attestation, we'll tell you and recommend alternatives.
