Any actual engagement, scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work, contract, or signed proposal) between you and Shepherd Consulting. Information on the Site is not a binding offer.

3. Booking calls

Strategy calls scheduled through this Site are free, exploratory conversations. They do not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, or consulting relationship until a written engagement is signed.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Shepherd Consulting and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content without prior written permission, except for normal personal or business reference use.

The Site may link to or embed third-party tools (such as Calendly for scheduling). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Shepherd Consulting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
